Perfect location, comfortable room and friendly
Great family sized room for 5 people. Clean and comfortable stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful with questions we had. They interacted well with the kids whilst playing the provided hotel games for families. Very convenient location to train stations, food and shopping

What was the highlight of MIMARU Osaka Namba Station
Mimaru- always the best
Love the location. It is near dotonbori but is located in a quiet area. Kuromon Market, Namba is within walking distance. All Mimaru hotels have a similar feel. They have everything you need. Laundry, mini kitchen (we get to cook our own food), spacious for Japan. But love that each one has a unique selling point. This particular hotel has a board game theme. Even the vending machine has a drink guessing game. Everyday, the kids would play boardgame concierge to get a chocolate price. One can also win a boardgame. Uou can also borrow the board games and bring it to your room. They have mysteries to be solved as well.
I hope they put vacuum cleaners in the hotel similar to other Mimaru branches in Tokyo.

Comfortable and great stay.
Games to entertain kids , spacious and clean room. Lots of washing machines and dryer. These reduce a lot of waiting time.
The bathroom should have better heating as it gets really cold after a shower
